It isn't like how Backyard Baseball uses some of the sounds from Hotel R'Wanda (or vice versa), however, so it isn't all too bad. Sound 5: The sounds are nice for a while, and then you notice that they are too repetitive and turn the sound off. Considering that this came out pretty early (2004-2005 I believe), you can't fault them for having terrible graphics. But, you have to remember that this was a game on the GBA system- which, in my opinion, is one of the worst systems for graphics- and that it won't have the best graphics you'll ever see. Graphics 6: The graphics in this game are garbage. The rules are the same as football except that there is a default 1 minute quarter length- which leads to a very short game play- and you can also have 'power ups' in the game that can enhance your teams performance (personally, I think it is better to call it 'Cheating someone out of a touchdown with a magnet'). Backyard Football is a game where you can play as kids or pros (as kids) and go through a season, play a regular game, or do a variety of other game modes offered in the game. Usually, I am a fan of the Backyard Sports series, but this game caused me to rethink my stance on being the biggest fan of the series. It's is easy enough for the young sports fan with mega challenging levels for more advanced players. Backyard Football 2006 gives players control of the style, location, pace, and strategy of the game. Backyard Football combines the wild and whacky antics of the Backyard gang with the realistic plays and strategies of the National Football League.The goal of the game is to lead a team of kids and get the Cereal Bowl Glory. In this game, the player has the ability to play as one of the popular Football players while they are still young.
